Looking to try something new, meet great people, and challenge yourself? Our women’s team at CSR/Nanok is one of Copenhagen’s most welcoming and ambitious rugby communities — perfect for both beginners and experienced players. Whether you’ve never touched a rugby ball before or already have experience, you’ll train side by side with supportive and skilled teammates who will help you grow every step of the way. Most of our players started with zero experience, so you’ll be in good company from day one.
We train every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00 at our home ground on Holmen. Just show up, introduce yourself, and join in — it’s that simple. Our journey has been incredible so far. Since our first competitive season in 2016, we’ve continued to grow stronger each year. In 2023, we made history by winning the Danish Championship in sevens for the first time — and we’ve proudly defended that title in both 2024 and 2025.
Beyond the Danish league, we also compete internationally, travelling to tournaments in places like Amsterdam and Dublin. We combine a strong competitive spirit with a fun and social team environment, making this the perfect place if you’re looking for both ambition and community.
